Cassie Randolph has made her way back onto social media this past Monday not long after she was granted a restraining order against her former boyfriend, the Bachelor star, Colton Underwood.
The 25-year-old reality star posted a photo of herself along with a caption that emphasized the importance of inspiring others even “when you’re far from full.” In case you missed it, Randolph filed a restraining order against Colton earlier in the month following their split in May.
Cassie said in her restraining order filing that Underwood had been harassing and stalking her. Consequently, the judge granted the restraining order which demanded Colton to stay at least 100 yards away from her and her property at all times.
As it was previously reported, Cassie’s request for a restraining order was granted against Colton Underwood earlier this month. Apparently, her issue was with Colton’s continuous text messages, in addition to a tracking device which she claims he installed in her vehicle.
Hollywood Life acquired the documents which show a Los Angeles judge signing off on her request. Cassie also showed evidence of the tracking device including a picture and screenshots of the messages he had been sending to her.
More importantly, she accused Colton of showing up to her apartment in Los Angeles and also at her parents’ house in Huntington Beach. Reportedly, the documents were first filed against Colton on the 11th of September, however, he hasn’t responded to the accusations yet.
While a hearing was set up for the 6th of October, Colton has to stay away from her in the meantime, including her family and anything else that’s intimately connected to her. Cassie’s attornies claimed Underwood had admitted to the crimes, including putting the tracker in her car and also sending messages to her friends and family via anonymous phone numbers.
In her filing, Randolph and her attornies stated she feared for her safety and also the safety of those closest to her. She wants to ensure Colton won’t bother her when he comes back to Los Angeles in the future.
